Let’s just start by saying Mark and Ginny are awesome. When the four of us hopped on a FaceTime chat together around 10 months ago, it was evident, we were a match for one another. We hit it off so well during their consultation. It was the kind of call that when it ended, we couldn’t wait for the time to come to actually meet them in person. I think in the hour we talked, we probably discussed the wedding for like 10 minutes. Instead, it’s as if we were old friends playing catch up and cracking jokes back and forth. I don’t know about you, but in our experience, that generally means we are going to have a really great time with a couple, and, sure enough, we did.
Mark and Ginny got married at the Creekside Plantation in Mooresville, Alabama. Not only was this place gorgeous, the town it sits within is the oldest township in Alabama, having been settled in the early 1800s. Whit and I love history, so it was really cool to spend the weekend in such a historical location for the state of Alabama.
The day really couldn’t have been in any better. Save for a little heat early on in the day, it was pretty much perfect.
Mark and Ginny are so awesome together, too. Seeing how excited these two were to officially tie the knot, it was evident throughout the whole day. From the time they were getting ready to seeing each other at the alter, and through the duration of the evening, their love was beaming over everyone and everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple to spend the day with.
We are definitely thrilled to finally have their wedding up on the blog today. We hope you guys enjoy the photos as much as we do. And, to Mark and Ginny, congrats! Y’all are out of this world!
Take care and talk soon!
